Membership is now open.
The Association of Syrian Entrepreneurs — the legal operator of the Syrian Entrepreneurs Union — opens official membership in three categories: Entrepreneur Member for individuals, Entrepreneurial Entity for companies, and Union Partner for those who want a voice in the Association’s own governance.
Membership tracks
Per year, with local and regional founders
On paid workshops, for all members
Working days from a complete file
Why are there two names?
“I’m already in the Union group — why join an association?” The two names are not two organisations. They are two layers of one body.
The Union — SEU
The community and the movement. Meetups, daily exchange, the network. Its legitimacy comes from the entrepreneurs themselves.
The Association — AoSEn
The legal entity. It signs agreements, receives funding, and represents the sector. Its legitimacy comes from Decision 5476 / 2025.
The community came first. The Association was built to make it accountable — and able to sign.
Three membership categories
Membership runs twelve consecutive months from the date of your acceptance — not to the end of the calendar year.

Details & applicationEntrepreneurial Entity with three partners = $195. With five partners = 195 + (60 × 2) = $315 per year.
Union Partner in year one = 125 + 325 = $450; every following year $325, because the admission fee is paid once.
Prices are referenced in USD; collection inside Syria is in Syrian pounds at the Central Bank bulletin rate on the day of payment, against an official stamped receipt.
The differences between the three categories

Category names are for communication. The legal designation registered with the Association is the statutory reference above, which governs official records and correspondence.
What you should know before you pay
We say it clearly before payment — not after.
1 · No governance vote in the first two tiers
Entrepreneur Members and Entity representatives are legally associate members: no General Assembly attendance, no vote, no candidacy. The General Assembly consists exclusively of Full Members. If you want those rights, your track is Union Partner.
2 · No refunds
Neither members nor former members (nor heirs) may recover admission fees, subscriptions, gifts or donations paid to the Association. A statutory rule, not a policy open to exceptions.
3 · Never pay without a receipt
Every amount is collected against a numbered receipt stamped with the Association’s seal and deposited in the ministry-approved bank. If you did not receive a receipt, the money did not reach the Association — tell us immediately.
4 · Lapse of membership
Membership lapses after three consecutive months of non-payment following notice. It can be restored if dues are settled within the following year.
5 · Diaspora founders
The statute currently requires residence inside Syria for individual membership; we are seeking formal legal clarification of its scope. Until then, individual membership is open to residents of Syria, and diaspora applications join a published waiting list. We will not take money for a membership whose validity we cannot guarantee. Entities are welcome from inside Syria and abroad; for Union Partner, residence in Syria is mandatory.
Delivery guarantee
If the six closed sessions are not delivered within twelve months, your membership is extended free of charge in proportion to what was not delivered. We put this in writing because we are asking you to pay for a programme that has just begun. Commitment must run in both directions.
