Alongside government consulting, Abdullah is an active investor in 25+ startups and mentors over 100 founders globally via networks like Harvard and LBS. He co-founded “Bidayah” to build Syria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a BSc in Industrial Engineering from KFUPM and an Executive MBA from London Business School, he combines high-level strategy with real-world business impact.

A computer engineer and entrepreneur, Ghina founded “My Day,” the award-winning events app in Aleppo. She created the UNDP-backed game “The Little Wallet” to teach children business, and organised ScaleUp Aleppo 2025. Currently in Dubai, she specialises in data analytics, business development and process optimisation to drive strategic partnerships.

An entrepreneur and co-founder of MeshMosh, Ahmad launched “Harbuk.com,” Syria’s first e-commerce platform. He documented this pioneering venture in his book Harbuk: Startup in the Most Volatile Market in the World. Backed by a Master’s in PR (LUCT) and an IPRA diploma, he bridges strategy with rigorous execution.

Co-founder of Planlyze, bringing 13 years of global IT expertise in programming, analysis and management. She has steered 100+ entrepreneurial ventures from vision to professional execution, and has trained 150+ professionals in software analysis. Holding a BSc from AUST in Lebanon, she is a dedicated JCI volunteer and a tech business content creator.

An entrepreneurship and digital transformation strategist, he specialises in company formation and licensing digital apps in the Syrian market. He founded the service app “I’m Here” and the consulting platform “y.sy,” and is an officially registered vendor on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), bridging local expertise with global standards.

Treasurer

A Syrian EdTech entrepreneur and former physics teacher, he co-founded the “Professor” app and now serves as Founder and CEO of “Al-Mohtaref,” a platform delivering structured digital learning. As a co-founder of the Syrian Entrepreneurs Union Association, he is dedicated to building a collaborative ecosystem driving sustainable economic and social impact across the region.

Governed by the people it serves

AoSEn is 100% entrepreneur-led: founded and governed by active Syrian founders. That is what makes the association’s decisions answerable to the community rather than to an external programme design.

The association layer carries the legal duties — governance, contracting capacity, reporting on results. The union layer carries the legitimacy.
